Mr.  Bevan has been dealing with asbestos bankruptcy trusts on behalf of  workers for over 7 years. He has personally filed thousands of  bankruptcy trust claims for compensation against asbestos companies,  including WR Grace, Johns Manville, Owens Corning/Fibreboard, US Gypsum,  and Garlock.  Since obtaining his law license, he has worked with  laborers, operators, and other factory workers to obtain workers’  compensation disability benefits and medical treatment coverage.
